The end of year celebrations are on the agenda at the Oulibo oil mill in Bize-Minervois. Here is the program of the festivities.

From December 21 to January 5, Oulibo, the oil mill in Bize-Minervois, invites you to discover the magic of its Christmas Fairies. As the days go by, the shop and the mill are transformed into a true showcase of traditions, delicacies and authenticity, around the birth of the first olive oil of the year: Christmas oil. Each visitor passing through the doors of Oulibo will be welcomed with a complimentary mulled wine or hot chocolate, enough to warm hearts and instantly immerse themselves in the friendly and festive atmosphere of the place.

Since its creation, Oulibo has perpetuated a unique heritage, where each drop of oil tells a story of transmission, passion and terroir. During the holidays, the mill comes alive with a warm and traditional spirit, offering a sensory and cultural immersion. This year, two key dates will mark the festivities: December 27 and January 3. These “Christmas oil days” will highlight a 19th century tradition: the miller’s breakfast, an unmissable live show to travel back in time and savor the generosity of local products.

The Féeries de l'Oulibo are not limited to the discovery of oil: new activities will take place every day, mixing traditions and modernity; gourmet gifts will be up for grabs, for celebrations dedicated to conviviality.

On December 23 and 30, two magical days entirely dedicated to children will be offered, to share the enchantment of family celebrations with magic shows, eco-friendly rides and lots of surprises all day long.
