Sabah Aïb in embarrassment because of her little sister
Faced with the controversy, Sabah Aïb broke the silence on her Instagram account. “My little sister made the mistake of reposting a TikTok mocking our Miss France, which she deeply regrets. She was disappointed and overcome with emotion, and even if that in no way justifies her act, she quickly realized her mistake and deleted it,” said the 18-year-old, before adding: “Unfortunately, these Tiktoks were perceived as racist by some people, which we strongly condemn . We have been raised with values of respect and tolerance and I would like to make it clear that I do not in any way tolerate racism, having recently been a victim myself.” Sabah Aïb ended her message by asking her community to excuse her sister's republications and to “stop this relentlessness against her”. The first runner-up deleted this message only a few hours after posting it.
