The 26-year-old man was shot in the head around 10 p.m. in this popular town east of Lyon.

The events occurred at a residence made up of building blocks, where the victim resided. The man “appeared to be related to the point of deal”, but had “no history” linked to the sale or use of narcotics, police said.
