Two big names in perfume had agreed to follow, throughout the year, this particularly dynamic promotion bringing hope for the future of the sector: Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud, master perfumer born in Grasse, son and grandson – son of a perfumer, and his daughter Camille, itou perfumer, were both present, under the colors of the House of Vuitton for which they officiate. And very beautiful symbolism is this involvement with the younger generations from Grasse, via this demonstration of excellence through the journey of the Cavallier family, to the creation of numerous references among all the big names in perfume and luxury.
Successful mission for the GIP, which strives to transmit the ancestral know-how of Grasse perfumers without any reluctance for new practices or future uses. “These young graduates will now continue their path in the world of perfumery, enriched by their Grasse experience. Everyone in their own way will contribute to bringing this art to life.“, concluded President Massé after a ceremony hosted by the International Perfume Museum of Grasse.
