An unexpected cancellation without explanation

At the time of writing, more than 70 passengers from the Dakar-Casablanca flight are being held at Blaise Diagne international airport. And the worst part, they asked us to wait until 4 p.m. to just get the information. But still no progress,” regrets a passenger who confided in Dakaractu.

No support for stranded passengers

Despite the company’s promises, passengers are still left to their own devices. The search for a hotel mentioned to relocate the travelers has not yet been successful. The latter find themselves stuck at the airport, tired and without immediate solution, while waiting for a possible replacement flight announced for the next day at 3 p.m.

The customers of flight HC 331, who regret “the indifferent behavior” of Air Senegal staff, continue to demand a minimum of consideration. Without accommodation or guaranteed departure, they worry about spending the night in precarious conditions before an uncertain takeoff to Casablanca.
