A Franco-Swiss partnership to guide learning through action and dialogue
For the first time in Switzerland and France, continuing education “Team Academy team coaching” opens its doors. The result of a Franco-Swiss partnership, this unique program offers an innovative learning path based on team action and dialogue, intended for professionals wishing to become certified Team Academy coaches.
An internationally recognized educational model
Created in Finland more than 30 years ago, the Team Academy approach has developed in many universities and organizations around the world. This model is based on experiential learning, where participants develop their skills by acting on concrete projects and practicing reflective dialogue.
A structuring and modular course
The program takes place over one year and includes two independent modules:
- Discover and strengthen your knowledge Team Academy
- Become a learning team coach
The sessions take place alternately between Switzerland and France. Seminars cover topics such as coach leadership, collaborative innovation and team management.
A teaching team of experts The Franco-Swiss trainers are experienced professionals, from academic and entrepreneurial environments. Their expertise guarantees personalized support and total immersion in the Team Academy ecosystem.
