The Nanterre commercial court becomes the TAE on January 1

In accordance with experimentationfor a period of four years, recorded by the orientation and programming law of the Ministry of Justice 2023-2027from next January 1, twelve commercial courts, including that of (Hauts-de-Seine), will be renamed “economic activities courts” (TAE).

The TAE of Nanterre becomes competent in the entire department of Hauts-de-Seine, in place of the judicial court of Nanterre, to treat all amicable and collective procedureswhatever the type of activity. The latter will now be made up of the 72 consular judges of the commercial court, the judge exercising the profession of agricultural operator and the clerks of the commercial court.

The TAE of Nanterre competent for the opening of amicable or collective procedures

Thus, whether they are an association, a farmer, a civil society (whatever its activity) or even a liberal profession, the applicants for the opening of an amicable procedure (amicable agricultural settlement, orders for this, conciliation) or collective (safeguard, reorganization or judicial liquidation) must contact the Nanterre TAE, online directly via the secure space.

Only regulated legal professions (lawyer, notary, justice commissioner) still come under the jurisdiction of the judicial court.

The TAE of Nanterre also becomes competent, in place of the judicial court of Nanterre, to deal with actions and disputes rrelating to commercial leasesborn from a collective procedure and presenting sufficient links with it.

Please note that the law applicable to amicable and collective procedures remains the same before the TAE.
