Some advice before taking the plunge
Keep warm clothing (down jacket, bathrobe, etc.) until the last minute because it is wrong to think that exposure to the ambient cold will make it easier to enter the water.
Wet the reflexogenic areas first (neck, carotid, stomach).
Enter the water gradually to avoid thermal shock.
Respect your feelings and equip yourself with a hat, gloves and slippers.
For the uninitiated, limit the bath to 15 minutes maximum.
And of course, make sure you’re in great shape.
Please note that any prior consumption of alcohol is strongly discouraged.
