They are demonstrating this Wednesday to demand salary increases.
The youth and entertainment service is demanding salary increases to support the agents’ new missions.
Alignment with school service
They are demanding pay increases through a change in job rating which would allow them to be paid like their colleagues in the school service. A change which corresponds to the new missions since May 2013.
The unions wish to benefit from a change in rating currently from “GF6” to “GF5” with retroactive effect since May 12, 2023. Since this date FO has highlighted a large extension of missions:
• Training of agents on interventions: PAI, health and parenting
• Ecology and environment thematic management
• Partnership network management
• Sports mediation management
• Project methodology management and training
• Management and organization of stays
• Intervention management at the college
• Cultural and event management
• Disability coordinator
• Intervention in high schools
• Communication and management of business software (purchase orders, etc.)
• Expansion of the local animation territory (Parmelan, Barral, Galbert)
• Street time and its difficulties/maraudes (questions around responsibility and protection towards the user)
• Managers and agents (revenue management and advance payment)
• Gestion du budget sur Civil
• Evening and weekend work
• Hours of leisure centers Wednesdays and school holidays 8 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
• Professional practice analysis sessions: psychologically impactful work with a “difficult” audience (the APP allows us to digest difficult situations and not make them traumatized with tools from the professional to defuse certain situations)
Demonstration in Annecy this Wednesday
Force Ouvrière claims to have transmitted this demand in writing to the mayor two years ago, without response. A demonstration will take place this morning at 10 a.m. in front of the Youth and Sociocultural Animation Department, Avenue de Genève in Annecy.
