Acura driver in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship after several seasons at BMW M Motorsport in Hypercar, Nick Yelloly will join Inter Europol Competition for the 2025 season.

The Briton will join Tom Dillmann and Kuba Schmiechowski, already announced in the seat of the #43 Oreca 07 in the European Series and during the 93rd edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Inter Europol benefits from an automatic invitation to the 24 Hours of Le Mans due to its second place in the European Le Mans Series last year.

Nick Yelloly will combine his new commitments for Inter Europol with his full-time schedule in the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship for Acura Meyer Shank Racing.

“We are all looking forward to the next season of the European Le Mans Series, and it is great to join a team that has achieved such fantastic results, something I have witnessed over the last three rounds. [pour Nielsen Racing]said Yelloly. The team is strong and competitive, and with myself, Kuba and Tom at the start of the new season, we can only hope for good things.

It will also be good to race with Inter Europol Competition at Le Mans, a place where they have had a lot of success, so I’m looking forward to that as well. Frankly, the objectives are clear: we want to be at the forefront and win the championship. If we can achieve that, plus a victory at Le Mans, it will be even better. »

A second Oreca 07 will be entered by Inter Europol Competition in the European Le Mans Series for Pedro Perino, who already raced for the Polish team in LMP3, Luca Ghiotto, and another newcomer to the team, Jean-Baptiste Simmenauer, who raced last year for Team Duqueine.

“I am very pleased to announce the crews for the 2025 European Le Mans Series, said Sascha Fassbender. I think we have very strong line-ups in both cars, both of which should be able to challenge for victory in the ELMS.

“Unfortunately, in 2024 we were only able to reach second place, so next year we want to attack hard and win the European Le Mans Series title. I also think that with Kuba, Nick and Tom we have a very strong car for Le Mans, which allows us to aim to repeat our success from 2023.”
