On December 13, through an official press release, the Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie (CPAM) of Oise announced the creation of morea twenty posts in CDI for its new call center on its platform in downtown . Opening planned in avril 2025.

A new telephone tray

Located rue Racine in Beauvaisthis telephone line will aim to respond more effectively to the requests of policyholders who contact the 36 46.

By integrating 21 telephone advisors and 2 managersthe CPAM de l’Oise is committed to providing precise and rapid answers on administrative and regulatory questions.

This project is part of an approach to modernisation continues, aiming to offer a public service performant and adapted to the needs of policyholders.

Training and support

New telephone advisors will receive a complete trainingcombining theory and practice, as well as personalized support to guarantee successful integration.
