At 23, the young cook from the restaurant La Chabotterie, in Saint-Sulpice-le-Verdon (Vendée), won the “Young talents, chefs of tomorrow” competition, during the national final which took place in on November 25 2024.

At only 23 years old, the young man, based in Saint-Sulpice-le-Verdon, has solid experience. “I have only worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, in Lot-et-Garonne and Megève, for example.
