At 23, the young cook from the restaurant La Chabotterie, in Saint-Sulpice-le-Verdon (Vendée), won the “Young talents, chefs of tomorrow” competition, during the national final which took place in Dijon on November 25 2024.

Monday October 7, Victor Limoges won, in Le Havre (Seine-Maritime), the regional qualifying event for the final of the Young Talents competition. At only 23 years old, the young man, based in Saint-Sulpice-le-Verdon, has solid experience. “I have only worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, in Lot-et-Garonne and Megève, for example. I enjoy being with Meilleurs Ouvriers de France chefs. It's a job where you never get bored, there is always something to learn.
