22 prizes were awarded during the Lot-et-Garonne architecture and planning awards ceremony on Thursday, December 5.
The ceremony took place at Image Showers on Thursday, December 5. 150 people were present for the awards ceremony for the architecture and planning of Lot-et-Garonne. The competition is open to architects, town planners, landscapers and private and public project managers. It is organized by the Lot-et-Garonne architecture, town planning and environment council (CAUE47). The jury was chaired by Pierre Lajus, architect. In total, 53 projects participated in the competition, including 20 for public construction.
Among the nine winners, we find: Maison de Santé in Damazan; Development of the town center of Castelmoron; the Maisons Eclusières park at Passage d’Agen; Construction of 6 housing units and rehabilitation of a business in Lavardac; the house on the lake in Laroque-Timbaut; Gazelle's barn in Saint Antoine de Ficalba; the Yvon Pejean village hall in Puch d’Agenais; La Serre group head office in Boé

Several mentions were noted during the competition. We can particularly note: the extension of the Olympe de Gouges nursery school in Port-Sainte-Marie; the rehabilitation of Dangla college in Agen. In addition, 4 out-of-category prizes were awarded. There is the multi-sports base at Temple-sur-lot: the Auberge du Cheval blanc in Brugnac; the renovation and extension of the Armandie stadium in Agen and the Crochepierre college in Villeneuve-sur-Lot. The last competition, in 2019, received 53 applications for 7 winners.
