The interministerial decree of November 18, 2024 published in the Official Journal of December 3, 2024 recognized the state of natural disaster under the “ground movement” phenomenon that occurred in Gironde over the period from 1is January to March 31, 2024 for the municipality ofAsci.
The victims have a 30 day deadline from the publication of this decree in the Official Journal to declare their claims to their insurance company, with a view to obtaining compensation for the damage suffered.
