The Terves bakery ultimately remained closed for a short time. Maison Aanzour opened at the beginning of November. I have been in the bakery business for quite a few years, smiles Abdoullah Aanzour, who had already opened his bakery in La Chapelle-Saint-Laurent at the beginning of 2023. Almost all of my family is in the bakery business, I have always been in this business. I was in the Paris region, but I prefer the quality of life we have here in the countryside.
