During this holiday season, the French Red Cross of Vaucluse is organizing a solidarity raffle which combines generosity and festivity. Each ticket, at an affordable price of €5, helps finance concrete actions for the most vulnerable people: hygiene kits, balanced meals, warm clothing and survival blankets.
Thanks to the support of local traders and the Federation of Traders and Craftsmen of Avignon, this raffle offers around fifty attractive prizes, including a one-week stay for 4 people at Pierre & Vacances, tickets to the Spirou park, lots of L’Occitane en Provence, cinema tickets and bottles of wine from Château de Mille.
Together for a concrete impact
Participating in this raffle not only means trying to win exceptional gifts, but above all supporting essential local initiatives.
“This raffle will allow us to raise funds and generate solidarity and commitment from everyone” underlines Benoît Establet, president of the Vaucluse territorial delegation of the French Red Cross.
In 2023, the Red Cross in Vaucluse has intensified its action to respond to a sharply increasing demand (+33 % of beneficiaries). With the help of its 600 volunteers, she supports 20 000 people, fights against student and food insecurity, and strengthens its resources for first aid.
This mobilization is accompanied by solidarity initiatives such as the Christmas raffle, an opportunity for everyone to contribute while having fun.
