is not known for its level of sunshine.

But it is a shame to leave large areas without photovoltaic devices. If OL have understood this well with the Groupama Stadium car parks now equipped, the Métropole de Lyon will also follow this example.

The community chaired by environmentalists announces that it is launching a call for expressions of interest to create and operate photovoltaic shade structures in eight metropolitan car parks. “This project is part of a global environmental approach, by promoting already artificial sites and contributing to the objective of quadrupling the production of photovoltaic energy in the metropolitan area by 2026”notes the Metropolis of Lyon.

These will be the car parks of Champvert (Lyon), Pré de l'Herpe (Vaulx-en-Velin), Henri Maréchal 2 (Saint-Priest), Paul Emile Victor (Rillieux-la-Pape), Kruger Sud (), the Porte de Lyon park and ride (Dardilly), the P+R Yvours (Irigny) and Aulagne ().
