Only a few days left before boarding for the North Pole! Like last year, the cities of Orsay and , in partnership with the RATP, are offering 300 children to experience an extraordinary journey on December 12, 2024.

Distribution of sweets and gifts

On board an RER B train, transformed into a real Christmas train for the occasion, toddlers accompanied by one of their parents will travel to the North Poleor rather to the town of Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse in .

Throughout this magical journey, children will be accompanied by the Santa Claus and his elves. They will distribute candy and gifts.

And Christmas storyretracing the adventures of Santa Claus and his elves, will also be read to all the young passengers.

A solidarity event

But that's not all. Children will have to respect a rule very precise to be able to board this fabulous Christmas train.

“Each child is invited to offer a gift to Secours populaire. This gesture of generosity will bring a little magic to families in need. In exchange, passengers will receive their ticket to board Santa's train,” explains the city of Orsay in a press release.

Please note that to participate in the fourth edition of this event, you must register first by email ([email protected]) indicating the name of the child and the accompanying adult, as well as a telephone number. Children must be between 3 and 7 years old to participate.

Practical information: Christmas train on December 12, 2024, at 10 a.m., Orsay Ville station. Free upon registration.
