Investigators from the Maison desfamilies then interviewed the 8-year-old girl, the alleged victim, and her sister, with a forensic doctor. At the same time, the Chaumont research brigade carried out an investigation.
Investigations have shown that other acts may have been committed, at least from the month of October.
The man the mother named as the perpetrator was taken into custody.
At the end, the individual was presented on Sunday November 24 to the public prosecutor's office as part of a flagrant investigation. A judicial investigation was opened and an investigating judge was therefore seized.
The magistrate indicted the thirty-year-old, who was placed in pre-trial detention.
There would be no other victims than the 8-year-old girl.
