Alert, gold buyback in the Gers. – Following postal canvassing inviting consumers to go to private hotels or other places for gold and precious metals redemption operations, the DDETSPP of Gers calls for vigilance. Indeed, during these operations, excessively low repurchase prices were observed (around €2 per gram of gold) compared to those practiced by well-established establishments (between 40 and 50 € per gram), causing in addition to the loss of objects, a substantial loss of profits. As a reminder, the consumer has a right of withdrawal of 48 hours in the context of a gold redemption operation, and 14 days in the event of door-to-door canvassing (mail addressed by name). Do business in the heart of the Landes. – On Tuesday, November 19, L'Arcanson de Biscarrosse hosted the 26th edition of the Entreprendre dans les Landes trade fair.
