An exceptional device

On the social network Instagram, the owner, named Misa, was working to find her dog. She had launched a call for witnesses and published several messagesincluding a description of Amalka, aged two. If he remained untraceable until today, the animal had been seen by a resident of Mauregard, a small village very close to the airport, at the start of the week.

Since Monday, searches have intensified around this small town of Seine-et-Marne and it is the association Capture Yalaspecialized in the search for missing animals and contacted by Air France, which carried out the operations in collaboration with l’association « Cats in The Air ».

“His presence was confirmed by cameras. We had to act quickly. The trap cage was transported to the location of the report,” writes the Capture Yala association, before continuing, “it was essential to remain discreet about the location in order to prevent the hunt from resuming and losing out his trace again. »

“Very emaciated”

In recent days, Capture Yala had managed to find Amalka, but scaredthe latter immediately took off running again. Finally, in the afternoon and evening of Wednesday, the animal was reported in Moussy-le-Vieux, Moussy-le-Neuf and even Dammartin-en-Goële. “This Thursday morning, it was reported again in Moussy-le-Vieux, and we had to find the ideal place to install the trap cage.» It was a resident of the town, who knows the area perfectly, who helped position the cage in the best possible way.

Once face to face with the dog, the members of the association managed to get Amalka into the house. a closed park that they secured with gates. And there, “it was the end of a 10-day nightmare for Misa who was able to hug her dog . A huge relief for her, but also for the members of the association. »

Very thinaccording to Laurence, the president of the Capture Yala association, Amalka was all the same healthy. “She will be examined by a veterinarian during the day,” she concludes.
