The Coëvrons sports retreat is doing well. Created in 2005, it now offers 13 activities including brainstorming since this year and it had 415 members in the 2023-2024 season (410 in 2022-2023): 264 women, 151 men. The average age is 70 years old indicated its president, Jacques Comte, at the opening of the general assembly Tuesday morning in the presence of more than 200 members, Stéphane Prigent, president of the departmental committee (Coders 53) and Alain Fortin, municipal councilor. “The 2025 general assembly will be an opportunity to celebrate the association’s 20 years of existence,” continued the president.

Good news for the association: the call launched at the 2023 assembly by Jacques Comte for members to become volunteer facilitators was heard by 8 people including André Moullé and Jacky Hachet for cycle tourism. I discovered cycling 3 years ago with Émile Seigneur. His exceptional involvement made me decide to take the plunge explains the first. I like having responsibilities. It’s a continuation of those I had at Jogging des Coëvrons note Jacky Hachet.

It remains to find future leaders for hiking and Nordic walking.
