The perfect autumn tour of the XV of France in terms of results left its mark. From now on, the assessments are coming one after the other.
Hervé Manentformer 2nd/3rd line who won 3 French championship titles (95, 96 and 97), was invited during the show 100% Red and Black on 100% radio to give the name of the Toulouse player who, according to him, had scored the most points during the fall tour.
His response was clear: “The one who scored the most points, for two reasons, was Thomas Ramos. He knew how to carry the load that the No. 10 position represents. He has made further progress in management. He is a competitor who has reached the end of his own demands.”
Manent, who also passed through Colomiers, Biarritz and Béziers, continued on the importance of Thomas Ramos in Toulouse. “He sat in this group, he is a real boss and an indisputable executive. He has gained confidence, and his current mastery means that he is unstoppable.”
A thought for Alexandre Roumat
Hervé Manent also wanted to highlight another player, who experienced the French team for the first time in 2024: Alexandre Roumat. “It accelerated his progression exponentially,” he says.
