Chef Louis Festa, who designed these menus especially for the holidays, explains: “ We have imagined kits with four prepared dishes, such as trout from Saint-Astier aquaponics, foie gras marinated in walnut wine and cognac, confit shoulder of lamb, and finally a floating island with black truffle ».

Each kit includes simple instructions for reheating meals at home, and allows foodies to enjoy a complete Christmas meal without spending hours in the kitchen. Customers can order their kit until December 21. The price of the menu is 80 euros.
