A few days before the end of the contract between the European Union and Senegal, the delegation present in the country of teranga made a statement to announce the rupture. During the meeting with the press, Mr. Jean-Marc PISANI, EU Ambassador to Senegal, informed that it was his organization which terminated the agreement. But the government of Senegal was quick to respond through ministers and directors general.
According to the new authorities, Mr. PISANI did not mention the state’s position.
