The latter were transferred and then placed under medical supervision at the university hospital center (CHU) of Chalon-sur-Saône in a nuclear radiological biological and chemical structure (NRBC).

According to Bleu Bourgogne, six employees of the training center were treated, but did not present any symptoms.

The prefect of Saône-et- indicated that he had lifted a watch cell early Wednesday evening which had been activated “in order to put in place all precautionary measures and coordinate the action of the various intervention and rescue services” .

He is due to hold a press conference Thursday morning alongside the Regional Health Agency (ARS), the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS) and the police services.

A specialized laboratory was also contacted to carry out additional analysis, the same source added.

Located in the La Sucrerie district, the Colint School training center is a private school which teaches digital professions and which has around thirty students.
