Le Fruit de Ma Passion: original pastry in Haute-Garonne

Based in Larra (31), this new pastry shop manufactures its cakes in (31) at CapEco. After training at Greta in , Pajaëlle Theulin embarked on the adventure with the encouragement of her husband. She wants to develop actions around disability.

“I was a caregiver in retirement homes for 10 years. I was already baking with the elderly in the workshop. My desire for entrepreneurship caught up with me.” Pajaëlle

On this World Cauliflower Day (11/27), she will prefer to offer you cabbages with daring flavors. Pajaëlle Theulin (contraction of Pascale Jeannette and Raphaël, based on Congolese origins) is inspired by the traditions of Central Africa and surprises us with pastries with infusions from Congo Brazzaville. At the house of “The Fruit of My Passion“we love the violet flower macaroon, the creations with hibiscus or even a gluten-free finger for the lactose intolerant, hazelnut pralines from Saint-Cézert (31) and its famous passion fruit caramel Gourmet tips on today's show Bienvenue Chez Vous, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Bleu .
