The Local Intermunicipal Urban Plan (PLUi) is much more than a simple urban planning document: it is a strategic roadmap which defines the development orientations, the construction rules and the main planning principles for the the entire intercommunal territory.
To inform and involve all local stakeholders, a public meeting is organized on Thursday November 28, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., at L'Oppidum de Champagnole. This event is open to everyone: residents, elected officials, associations, economic players, or simply curious about the future of our territory.
During this evening, several essential points will be discussed:
- The main lines of the PLUi project : why and how this document will be a key tool for organizing and harmonizing territorial development.
- The inventory of the intercommunal territory : a precise diagnosis to understand the assets and challenges of our environment.
- The Sustainable Planning and Development Project (PADD) : a central document which defines long-term ambitions in terms of housing, transport, environment, and economy.
- The forecast schedule : the next steps to finalize and implement the PLUi.
The Champagnole Nozeroy Jura Community of Communes wishes, through this event, to reaffirm the importance of consultation and transparency in the construction of this collective project.
