Adapting or creating housing to enable seniors and people with reduced mobility to stay at home for as long as possible is the offer of the company Adapt’imm, created in Caen in April 2024, by three partners, Olivier Sanchioni, Eric Blandin and Alexandre Hamani.

It all started from a personal experience. “I experienced the loss of autonomy that affected my father and I found myself confronted with the problems that caregivers encounter” , says Olivier Sanchioni. Realizing that It’s a real social problem he decided to draw on his twenty years of experience in real estate development to find solutions which restore comfort of life and dignity to people who are losing their autonomy and which make the daily lives of caregivers easier .
