For who Will you be able to vote this Sunday, July 7, for the second round of early legislative elections in the Rhône department? The prefecture published this Tuesday, July 2, in the evening, the lists of candidates who can be elected as deputies. Here are the names.

1st constituency of the Rhône

  • Anaïs Belouassa Cherifi, (LFI – new Popular Front)
  • Thomas Rudigoz, (Renaissance)
  • Laurent Mouton (National Rally)

The first had finished ahead in the first round, with 42.4% of the votes. Thomas Rudigoz could thus lose his mandate since he had collected 29.72% of the votes. Laurent Mouton will try to make a comeback after his 18.1% in the first round.

2nd constituency of the Rhône

  • Boris Tavernier (The ecologists – new Popular Front)
  • Loïc Terrenes (Renaissance)

The left-wing candidate almost won in the first round, with 49.65% of the vote. He remains the big favorite against his Macronist opponent who completely failed with only 25.12% in his favor.

3rd constituency of the Rhône

In this territory which includes part of the 3rd, 7th and 8th arrondissements of Lyon, voters will not have to move this Sunday, July 7. Indeed, Marie-Charlotte Garin (Ecologists – new Popular Front) was largely re-elected to her own post with 51.51% of the ballots in her favor.

4th constituency of the Rhône

  • Sandrine Runel (PS – new Popular Front)
  • Anne Brugnera (Renaissance)
  • Yannick Chaumont (National Rally)

The Popular Front candidate had obtained 38% of the votes on Sunday, against 31.03% for the Macronist who refused to withdraw in order to block the RN. Yannick Chaumont finished with 17.91%.

5th constituency of the Rhône

  • Blandine Brocard (Ensemble)
  • Fabrice Matteucci (PS – new Popular Front)
  • Sasha Bitoum (National Rally)

Another three-way race in this territory which includes 25 communes between Caluire-et-Cuire, Limonest, Neuville-sur-Saône. Blandine Brocard, supported by the presidential party, had 32.23% of the votes for the first round, against 26.45% for the second, from the left, and 25.16% for the representative of Jordan Bardella’s party.

6th constituency of the Rhône

  • Gabriel Amard (LFI – new Popular Front)
  • Jean-Paul Bret (DVG)

A duel on the left is underway in Villeurbanne. For the first round, the Insoumis was on the verge of being immediately returned to his post in the National Assembly thanks to a score of 46.29%. The former mayor of the town had, for his part, collected 19.94% of the votes.

7th constituency of the Rhône

  • Abdelkader Lahmar (LFI – new Popular Front)
  • Alexandre Vincendet (Horizons)
  • Cédric Pignal (National Rally)

For this “constituency” which includes the municipalities of Bron, Rillieux-la-Pape, Vaulx-en-Velin, Sathonay-Village and Sathonay-Camp, it was the left-wing candidate who finished far ahead with 46% of the votes. The former mayor of Rillieux, Alexandre Vincendet, could thus lose his mandate as deputy after having collected 27.05% of the votes. The RN representative finally had 21.28%.

8th constituency of the Rhône

  • Jonathan Géry (National Rally)
  • Nathalie Serre (LR) / Qualified
  • Anne Reymbaut (Socialist Party – new Popular Front)
  • Dominique Despras (Ensemble)

Welcome to Dallas, where on Sunday not two, not three, but four candidates will be nominated in this constituency. A quadrangular while the National Rally candidate came out on top with 33.46%, followed by the new Popular Front at 22.75%, the presidential majority at 21.18% and finally the outgoing LR MP with 22.75% of the vote.

9th constituency of the Rhône

  • Patrick Louis (National Rally)
  • Alexandre Portier (LR)

The first candidate had collected 35.41% of the votes, while the second had 25.41%. A third man had qualified for the second round, Jean-Henry Soumireu-Lartigue of the PS, but preferred to withdraw his candidacy to block the National Rally.

10th constituency of the Rhône

  • Thomas Gassilloud (Renaissance)
  • Cecile Patout (RN)

The duel could be tight in this territory, with the Macronist candidate who had obtained 32.54% of the votes against 31.15% for his opponent. Note that, here again, the candidate of the new Popular Front who had come third, with 23.64%, withdrew to block the RN.

11th constituency of the Rhône

  • Alexandre Humbert Dupalais (LR/National Rally)
  • Jean-Luc Fugit (Renaissance)

After the withdrawal of the PCF candidate supported by the new Popular Front Abdel Yousfi, who had obtained 22.87%, a duel between representatives of the parties of Jordan Bardella and Emmanuel Macron is looming. Alexandre Humbert Dupalais came out on top with 36.81%, against 26.93%.

12th constituency of the Rhône

  • Lucie Gaillot Durand (ECO/new Popular Front)
  • Cyrille Isaac-Sibille (Ensemble)
  • Clemence Luisier (National Rally)

Yet another constituency in which the presidential party candidate did not step aside to prevent a potential election of an RN MP. While the candidate of the new Popular Front had collected 30.02% of the votes cast, the outgoing MP Cyrille Isaac-Sibille, supported by Renaissance, had established himself at 28.97% of the votes, and finally 24.96% for the RN representative.

13th constituency of the Rhône

  • Tiffany Joncour (National Rally)
  • Victor Prandt (LFI/New Popular Front)

After the withdrawal of the outgoing MP, Sarah Tanzilli of Renaissance who had 24.21% of the votes, a duel between the left and the RN is on the agenda. Tiffany Joncour was well ahead on Sunday evening with 36.35% of the votes, against 26.23% for the one who is now her only direct opponent.

14th constituency of the Rhône

  • Idir Boumertit (LFI/new Popular Front)
  • Cédric Mermet (National Rally)

There should be no suspense on Sunday during the second round since the outgoing deputy Idir Boumertit had 48.78% of the votes, against 28.21% for his opponent from the National Rally.
