It's a restaurant, where rather a restaurant chainwhich continues to develop. And to celebrate her success she organizes a hunt for the golden ticket whose lot is particular: kilos of beef ribs.
It must be said that it is a brand specializing in meat. It is about The Coast and the Ridgewhich has six establishments in the Toulouse region and one location in Albi (Tarn).
A Toulouse brand
Created in Toulouse by brothers Benoît and Ivan Chambon, La Côte et l'Arête has 20 restaurants in France (9 branches and 11 franchises), 250 employees and a turnover of 40 million euros. It continues its development with the objective of opening 5 franchises per year.
In its growth and quality strategy, La Côte et l'Arête acquired La Pyrénéenne des Viandes in Julya regional company specializing in meat trading based in Pinsaguel (Haute-Garonne). This acquisition allows the brand to control the supply chain “from field to plate”, guaranteeing optimal traceability and quality of products.
More than 30 jobs created in Albi
Since January 2023, the Albi restaurant has generated a turnover of 2.96 million euros and welcomed more than 110,000 customers. Since its creation, La Côte et l'Arête d'Albi has generated more than 30 jobs, assures the restaurant.
A hunt for the golden ticket
And as the end-of-year holidays approach, La Côte et l'Arête is offering two new festive experiences. The first, a big hunt for the golden ticket will be held from November 25 to 30, 2024 in restaurantsAlbi, Montauban, Blagnac, Plaisance, Aucamville and Toulouse.
Each day, a city will be in the spotlight and three golden tickets will be hidden in the participating cities (clues mentioned the same day on social networks) offering customers the chance to win surprising prices, like its weight in beef ribs! Let us point out, however, that this is the weight… at birth. But it can still quickly fill the plate for ex-beautiful babies…
The second experience is specially designed for children: du November 28 to December 26each restaurant will offer the opportunity to win a gift, including tickets for Disneyland Paris. To participate, children will be able to write their letter to Santa Claus during their meal, place it in a special box set up in each establishment and a letter will be drawn at random at the end of the period.
