Regional 1

The formula of 4 groups of 10 is maintained.

Following the draft of RC Cévenol in Federal 3, only six Occitan clubs are relegated to Regional 1: Vallée du Girou, Saint-Gaudens, Sigean-Port la Nouvelle, Saint-Sulpice la Pointe, Juillan, and Avenir Bleu Blanc.

Since Avenir Bleu Blanc did not engage a senior team, the first three clubs eligible for the draft were contacted: Caraman and Lauzerte refused, Bédarieux accepted.

The Foyer Laïque Haut Vernet has asked to be relegated to Regional 2. The Catalans will therefore not have the possibility of playing in the final stages.

Replacing FLHV, it was the Aveyron club Espalion which agreed to be promoted.

Regional 2

Following the changes mentioned for Regional 1, and by cascade effect, Avenir Monclarais and Rugby Club de Lomagne have agreed to be maintained in Regional 2.

Following the incidents between Haut Vernet and Fleury Salles Coursan, the Competition Commission has decided to place these two teams in two different groups.

Furthermore, 13 clubs out of the 75 in Regional 2 will not present a reserve team. These clubs are indicated in purple on the tables below.

Regional 3

8 Regional 3 clubs are entering a reserve team (indicated in gray in the tables below)

Given the significant distances between these clubs, it was complicated to bring them together in a single pool. The Regional 3 championship was therefore modelled on that of Regional 2, in order to combine the reserves of the two levels.
