For the first time in its history, the Edmundston Blizzard is the number one team in Canada following the national rankings revealed today (Monday) by the Canadian Junior Hockey League.

The Blizzard (20-3-1-0) has occupied second position in the Canadian rankings for the last five weeks. He had also been ranked second on October 9, 2017.
The Trenton Golden Hawks (OJHL, 21-3-1-0) moved from 5th to 2nd, while the Rockland Nationals (CCHL, 19-3-1-0) lost first place and now find themselves thirds.
