Building Expert – Orléans M/F
As an Expert, you are mandated by insurance companies to carry out expert missions for individuals and professionals.
You provide an intellectual service to enable an insurer to compensate its insured.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your main missions are:
- Identify the causes and circumstances of the disaster
- Identify the origin of the disaster and reveal the responsibilities of the parties.
- Apply insurance contracts/agreements and customer instructions
- Quantifying the damage
- Write expert reports
Attractive remuneration system: Fixed (according to profile, training and experience) + variable evolving according to turnover
Executive status, daily package and company vehicle, business finish
- Graduate with a Bac +2/3 to Bac+5 in the field of Construction, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, or Insurance.
- You have successful experience in the construction/building/public works sector or in an insurance company. A first experience in an expert firm would be a plus.
- You are autonomous and demonstrate effective personal organization. Good analytical and synthesis skills, you are interested in the legal field. A teacher, you have a sense of service and excellent interpersonal / writing skills.
