The Dynamic Aveyron sports and leisure association has just taken stock of its year. With a significant increase in licensees (from 21 to 34) success is assured. An explanation to be sought in particular in the gentle gym classes and the friendly atmosphere that reigns within the association. “This shows that our model, which combines sport and conviviality, meets the expectations of our members,” says president Alexis Jauffret. “The classes are not only a time to play sport, but also an opportunity to create links and relax together.”

The boom in chair gym!

Another booming activity: chair gymnastics. It allows people with mobility difficulties or physical limitations to remain active and healthy. It is particularly beneficial for the elderly, those undergoing rehabilitation or anyone with joint or muscular problems. The association also focuses on the continuity of its activities and, unlike many other sports associations, does not close its doors during vacations, except public holidays. . “We believe it is important to maintain regular activity for our members” specifies the president. “This regularity allows members to remain active at all times and not lose their motivation, even during holiday periods,” adds Brigitte the host.

Classes end on Friday, July 5 and will resume on Monday, September 2. The association will be present at the associations forum on Saturday, September 7.
