The two players from the French XV, aged 21, have been indicted for aggravated rape since last July, accused by a 39-year-old Argentinian woman. According to her testimony, the two young men raped her in a hotel in Mendoza, after a disputed meeting with the rugby Blues.

This Monday, the Argentine justice system began to examine the request to drop the charges at the Mendoza judicial center.
