He is appearing for two attempted robberies with violence. His action was interrupted by the intervention of witnesses, who “immobilized” the suspect and handed him over to the police. The thief tried to struggle by kicking, punching and spitting.

The man, who lives in Romania, admits to the violence but denies any intention to steal. “I came to the area on vacation. The defendant receives five months in prison. He was incarcerated. He will have to compensate the two victims to the tune of €2,000 and €640.
