Under a cloudy sky and a temperature barely above 20 degrees, around twenty FC Nantes players returned to the Jonelière training centre in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre this Monday afternoon.

On the program, after more than five weeks of vacation, a joyful reunion and a very light session.

There are still some absentees, such as Moses Simon (family reasons), Douglas Augusto (departure instance) or players who were selected in June: Tino Kadewere, Jean-Kevin Duverne, Matthis Abline or Mostafa Mohamed.

Several young people present

On the other hand, several young people from the training center have been integrated into the professional group for this recovery, such as Tom Mabon, Junior Diaz, Mathis Ogier or Hugo Boutsingkham.

FC Nantes is therefore starting its summer preparation with the aim of being ready for the weekend of August 17 and 18, during which it will travel to Toulouse for the opening of the 2024-2025 Ligue 1 season.
