Baïta: a creative restoration
For the first week of the 2024 Photography Meetings, BAITA exceptionally creates a Snack-Bar Open to all. A place to live and meeton the exhibition routeoffering a range of creative and on-the-go catering. Without reservation and in continuous service, Baïta offers crazy DJ sets from 6 p.m. to midnight and a few Guests during the week (surprises!!). The event is sponsored by the MUBI streaming platform which will spoil the customers of the snack bara free 30-day subscription.
A 100% upcycled scenography
In this ephemeral restaurant designed from scratch for the occasion, BAÏTA has chosen a 100% upcycled scenography built on the basis of professional kitchen equipment. A minimalist design welded to measure to be assembled and disassembled, practical and stylish!
The map
In the kitchen, French-Vietnamese Marseille chef Lou Chapuisformerly head of the restaurant L’Idéal Grocery Store in Marseille, offers a short, mixed and seasonal menu, in close collaboration with regional producers: Pan bagnat, grill cheese and generous Banh mi to enjoy on the go. And to compensate for the summer heat, a selection of lively wines: short macerations, fine bubbles and well-made and very fresh reds. Something to enjoy while browsing the exhibitions!
