Alexandre Sabatou (RN) 43.10%. Amadou Ka (NFP) 31.29%. Pascal Bois (Presidential Major) 11.49%.

With more than 43% of the votes cast, Alexandre Sabatou sees himself well ahead of the 3rd constituency, but it is also said that Amadou Ka (NFP) did the job. In just a few weeks of campaigning, his candidacy garnered more than 31% of the votes cast. He was able to count on the town of Creil which mainly voted for a candidate it knows well. In the territory alone, 67% of the favorable votes went to the New Popular Front. The big loser in this legislative election is the candidate representing the Presidential Majority, Pascal Bois. He did not obtain 12% of the votes cast and therefore would not be able to survive in the second round.

Amadou Ka reacts: “this is the result of strong mobilization in Creil. We haven’t seen this for a long time. This is proof that there is real awareness and that the people of Creillo remember the dark periods of French History. There are good results in Méru as well, Chambly is a little more difficult, but it was logical given that Pascal Bois gained a few votes there. We still need to mobilize more for the second round and block the National Rally.”

Logically, Alexandre Sabatou, for his part, believes that this is a historic vote in the 3rd constituency. “This has never happened before. This proves that voters are realizing that we are a coherent political force, capable of carrying out concrete projects in the face of a divided left. We will remain committed to this second round. The French must confirm this vote from the first round. We all know that this will be the start of the holidays. We ask them to make their choice carefully beforehand,” believes the deputy candidate for his succession.

As for Pascal Bois’s result (Presidential Majority), it does not surprise the outgoing MP. He says: “I suspected that I would find myself facing a left-wing candidate again. Before, it was Nupes and now the New Left Front. That does not change. I did not expect a three-way race with the presidential majority.”

There were 46,000 voters out of the 74,495 registered in the third constituency.

Note that the blank and invalid votes total 1,332, almost three times the score of Roland Szpirko (Lutte Ouvrière) and Nadège Legris (Reconquête) almost as much as the result of Marie Ferreira (Ecologie Indépendante).

In Creil, the left-wing stronghold is confirmed.

Like the vast majority of municipalities in the national territory, the third constituency of Oise voted in a much more consistent manner than in the 2022 vote. Good news for some, bad news for others, the French had to express themselves after this new legislative campaign, which was unprecedented to say the least due to the flash deadline imposed by the President of the Republic.

In the 3rd district, six candidates were in the running and three could legitimately claim to be able to remain in the second round. This was the case of Alexandre Sabatou, outgoing RN deputy who over the last two years has gone from the status of the illustrious unknown to that of a recognized deputy. Facing him, he had the unity of the left, Amadou Ka, candidate of the New Popular Front who relied largely on the abstainers of the neighborhoods, but not only them. Considering the first participation figures, could he consider that his request had been heard? On the territory of Creil itself, he could legitimately agree with this theory.

Then, there is the 3rd candidate, former deputy, Pascal Bois, who had the heavy responsibility of representing the presidential majority in this election and who, incidentally, had revenge to take following his elimination from the first round of 2022.

Suffice to say that the first countings were scrutinized and studied in detail by observers from all sides.

But we had to wait a bit. That’s because from 6 p.m., we already had to recount before counting… And yes, when it doesn’t want to, it doesn’t want to. A difference between the signature and the number of envelopes and it is necessary to check and recount. Finally, the account is good. 893 envelopes just for Office Number 1.

The counting can begin. It’s 6:40 p.m.

In Creil, the very first vote cast at office number 1, that of the town hall, was for Alexandre Sabatou (National Rally), followed by the ballot of Amadou Ka of the New Popular Front. We have to wait many minutes before the name of Pascal Bois (Presidential Majority) is pronounced.

For many, in Creil, the game is over.

Jean-Claude Villemain tells anyone who will listen that “he is on vacation”. Many in the New Popular Front criticize him for a lack of involvement in this campaign. He retorts that “he has pain in his left”.

However, one of the last left-wing bastions of the department exists in Creil. As proof, the results of the evening of June 30.

They fall at a little more than 8:15 p.m. Highly anticipated results, particularly for the candidate of the New Left Front.

In Creil, Amadou Ka totaled 67% of the votes cast, Alexandre Sabatou 18% and for Pascal Bois, only 9%.
