It’s the end of a saga that lasted almost a year. This Wednesday, Aïmen Moueffek (23 years old) officially signed a new contract with ASSE, his training club.

The midfielder, whose lease in the Loire expired on June 30, has signed for four new seasons, plus an option for one.

“I am the happiest! I am leaving with pride and happiness. I can’t wait to start this season in L1 after having achieved the goal of an entire club, an entire people. We have managed to get back into the elite, now we have to perform there,” the midfielder confided on the official website.

This contract provides for a significant revaluation, with a fixed part of around 50,000 euros per month and another variable part subject to numerous conditions (matches played, goals scored, etc.) which, if they are all met, could double Moueffek’s emoluments.

This is a first major coup by Kilmer Sport, the new shareholder, who had made the case of one of the club’s children a priority.

The participation of the Moroccan international hopeful in the Olympic Games – if he were to be selected – has not been decided by the club, unlike that of Benjamin Bouchouari, who will be released.
