From 50,000 to 127,000 voters, the vote for the National Rally has more than doubled throughout Limousin compared to the legislative elections of 2022. Depending on the municipalities, the far-right party has sometimes even tripled its score. The details of the figures.

Between the first round of the 2022 legislative elections and that of this Sunday, June 30, the National Rally vote increased on average by 2.5 across Limousin.
Haute-Vienne
This breakthrough by the RN is independent of whether or not the candidates have already stood in 2022. For example, for the 1st constituency of Haute-Vienne, the candidate was standing for the first time, which did not prevent her party from multiplying its score by 2.3.

Same observation on the Creuse side, Sylvie Bilde left her place to Bartolomé Lenoir who, originally, was leader of the Les Républicains pour la Creuse party, but very close to Éric Ciotti. The RN candidate obtained more than 20 400 of the votes cast.

One might think that it is the choice of these new candidates which would have increased the votes for the RN, but this cannot necessarily be explained by their person.
Haute-Vienne
On the 2nd and 3rd constituencies of Haute-Vienne, the candidates are the same as in 2022 and 2024. Both have more than doubled the number of their votes.
Thus, Sabrina Minguet obtained 10,244 votes in 2022 and 25,539 votes in the second constituency in 2024 (X2.5)
Correze
It is in Corrèze that we note the strongest progression of the RN. The party goes from nearly 16,400 votes in 2022 to more than 43 540 in 2024.
