The Buissonnets de Béceleuf retirement home recently honored eight hard work medalists: Patricia Blanchard, Corinne Geffard, Sandrine Estrade, Guylène Buffeteau and Mélanie Audet, for 20 years of presence. Isabelle Martineau and Nathalie Pouvreau received the vermeil medal for 30 years of service. To close the awards, Béatrice Charrier was decorated with the Great Gold Medal for 40 years of service.

The chairman of the board of directors, Yvon Grousset, as well as the director Séverine Desiaux, wished to recall that the staff is the main axis within the establishment, for the well-being of the residents. This ceremony was an opportunity to mark the commitment and dedication that staff provide every day to elderly people in the different areas: hygiene, health, entertainment, meals, technical, administrative, etc.

An increasingly rare longevity

This longevity in a single establishment is increasingly rare and marks the loyalty and fidelity to Les Buissonnets. The newly decorated were able to enjoy the festivities with their colleagues, who warmly congratulated them and received bouquets of flowers to mark the event.

It was an opportunity for everyone to get together for a drink in a friendly evening in a setting other than the nursing home.
