The National Holiday is celebrated a little in advance at departmental park of Île Saint-Germainwhere young and old are expected at the start of the evening.

Saint-Germain Island Departmental Park – Saturday July 13, 2024

From 9:15 p.m.: Distribution of lanterns

The lanterns will be distributed free of charge, while stocks last, at the entrance to the departmental park located on Avenue Jean Monnet.

9:45 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.: torchlight procession

All the people of Issy are invited to this traditional parade which takes young and old with their illuminated and lit lanterns through the Park.

10:30 p.m.: “The Flame” fireworks

It is a tradition that amazes children and delights adults. Entitled “The Flame”, the pyrotechnic show linked to the Olympic and Paralympic Games is a creation that takes us to various atmospheres surrounding sport. Imagined from the main axes of sport, the soundtrack was chosen from varied repertoires to appeal to all generations and all musical styles.

Place Jacques Madaule

10 p.m. to 1 a.m.: musical entertainment

The Ambre 9 orchestra will offer you a multiple repertoire combining musette waltz with variety music, as well as international music. Let yourself be carried away by the sound of the music, which will certainly make you want to do some dance steps!

Fire Rescue Center

9 p.m. to 3 a.m.: dance evening

The Issy-les-Moulineaux Rescue Center (75, boulevard Gallieni) is organizing its traditional Firefighters’ Ball with DJ, raffle, refreshments, in a festive atmosphere.

Please note: due to the reinforced Vigipirate plan, you are asked not to bring bags to the fireworks show (backpacks, sports bags, suitcases). The introduction and consumption of alcohol in the park is prohibited.

To watch the fireworks, please use the following accesses: Avenue Jean Monnet or the Passerelle (Quai de la bataille de Stalingrad). Please note that access to the Park via the Pont d’Issy will be closed before the show and will reopen once it is over.
