Her space multi-artistic and cultural, Stage platform, 5 Quai du Général Koenig in Strasbourgwill present its hybrid shows from October 2024. Visual arts, committed performances, disconcerting shows, conferences, workshows and others : the program will be mixed and suitable for everyone. This hybrid space will even offer a bar/cafe who will transform into a scene as soon as possible.
A space of all possibilities
“This place represents emergence, but as art: something innovative, immersive, participatory, experimental, pushed to the extreme. All the arts at once. We try to do what we should not do,” reveals Evelyn Zelada Biecher. Shows, performances of all kinds and from all corners of the world will be proposed to bring a new breath of fresh air to today’s creation and to provoke a thousand emotions. The project also stands out from the others because the artists will meet in the audience to discuss at the end of each show, and the evening will be extended until 1 a.m. with concerts and festivals.
The entire space will be unique, as will the programming, since the 550 m2 spaces will be modular. The terrace will be able to accommodate 100 people seated and 400 standing, the Neruda room will have a capacity of 125 people seated and 375 standing, 70 people will be able to sit in the Parra room and 210 will be standing, and the Mistral room will have 136 seats and 510 standing. There will also be 5 possible configurations for the interior of the space. “The rooms are often Italian-style, perhaps modular, but nothing more. Mine is not the same: it is made to measure, like a Lego. We can move the stands, change them, move them, shrink them, add seats or remove them. We can divide the large room into 3 to do 3 shows, or leave it as it is,” Evelyn explains. Some spaces will also be privatized.

A cuisine with a taste of art
On the terrace and the restaurant area, the Staff will also play a role. « Even cooking will be an art form, the cooks will put on a show, with big hand gestures, and it will be the same for the waiters, they will not be waiters. », sourit Evelyn.
The bar/restaurant will be a real art scenewhere consumers can exchange and discuss, but also drink and eat : « There will be tapas, platters, hot, cold and everything will be homemade “, she guarantees.
The terrace will also be a friendly place since it will be completely open with a view of the Austerlitz basin. It will be like your second home », s’enthousiasme Evelyn.
