Parisian elected official Richard Bouigue is ahead of Pierre-Antoine Fèvre (RN-LR) and Jean-François Rousset (presidential majority).

The New Popular Front takes the lead in Millau in these early legislative elections, on behalf of the third constituency in Aveyron. By a narrow lead (403 votes), Richard Bouigue won the most votes cast in the city of the glove. With 35.60% of the votes, he is ahead of the candidate of the Ciotti-National Rally alliance, Pierre-Antoine Fèvre (31.92% of the votes).

Jean-François Rousset third

Although he remains less than 800 votes behind the first, Jean-François Rousset, the outgoing deputy of the presidential majority (Ensemble) only ranks third in Millau. With 3,158 votes cast, he garnered 28.85% of the vote.

Next comes Thierry Noël, candidate for degrowth (2.46% of the vote), who explodes his score from 2022 where he only obtained one vote in the entire constituency! Finally, Bernard Combes (Workers’ Struggle) received 1.18% of the votes.

67.47% participation

In terms of participation, like everywhere in France and even more so in Aveyron, the people of Millavois were diligent. 67.47% of voters slipped their ballot into the ballot box.

The results could, however, be different in the constituency as a whole, where according to provisional results, Pierre-Antoine Fèvre (LR-RN) is in the lead.
