A man in his fifties died this Friday, November 22 in a work accident in the town of Saint-Siméon-de-Bressieux, in Isère. The victim was crushed by a truck, according to the first elements of the investigation.

A work accident left one dead this Friday, November 22 at the end of the day, in the town of Saint-Siméon-de-Bressieux (Isère), the gendarmes confirmed after information from the Dauphiné Libéré.
During the afternoon, a delivery truck entered the Eurobéton company, specializing in the construction and prefabrication of concrete buildings. When loading the heavy goods vehicle, the driver reversed. But, during his maneuver, he did not see the man who was behind the truck.
The victim was crushed by the vehicle, according to initial information from the gendarmerie. When emergency services arrived on the scene, they were unable to resuscitate her. The fifty-year-old was declared dead at the scene of the tragedy by the Smur doctor.
The labor inspectorate was contacted and a gendarmerie investigation was opened. It was entrusted to the brigade community of Saint-Etienne-de-Saint-Geoirs.
