According to our information, the 45-year-old man had just made a cocaine transaction to an individual named Vo Cuong Tran. Investigators reportedly found several kilos of cocaine during this operation, which mobilized several specialized units.

Blondin, who is an active member of the Marauders – a group affiliated with the Montreal chapter of the Hells Angels – faces two counts of drug possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Vo Cuong Tran, 48, also appeared at the Montreal courthouse. He is also charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. Both men have criminal records and are known to police.

Remember that Célestin, propelled to notoriety in the underworld since the murder of Gregory Wolley, has been a member of the Marauders in good standing for several months. Célestin was seen wearing a Hells Angels supporters club jacket on March 21 in a Montreal bar, during a party to mark his membership in the criminal organization. A few hours later, Jessy Furtado-Bénard, a friend of Célestin, was murdered after a violent fight at the bar with naked dancers O’Gascon, located in Terrebonne.

The Jean-Philippe Célestin’s parents’ residence was targeted by gunfire lately. Célestin fled the country following the events.

His brother, Jean Brandon Célestin, was murdered on February 16 in front of members of his family after an evening in the Little Italy district, to Montreal. Police searched six residences in connection with this murder on April 11.
