“We are particularly satisfied with the commitment of our associations to the Telethon. The firefighters should also participate in these activities,” confided recently Adrien Chabauddeputy mayor in charge of associations in the town of Saint-André-de-l'Eure (Eure).
This year, nine associations and their volunteers are mobilizing together in the city to offer a variety of activities and collect as many donations as possible for the AFM Telethon: Grimp'Eure, Les Anciennes de Saint-André, Judo du plateau Andrésien, the Shotokan Karate club Andrésien, ADEL, the Lions Club Andrésien, the badminton club, Flèche Andrésienne, the theater company Les Zigloutes.
Climb more than 17,000 meters!
“Grimp'Eure takes on the challenge of climbing with the participants the equivalent of all the highest peaks in the regions of France, for a cumulative total of 17,327 meters. To meet this challenge, the appointment is set Friday, November 27 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday afternoon from 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the climbing wall at Serge-Masson college,” announce the Grimp’Eure volunteers.
Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 Novemberwe can try our hand at archery, create a live fresco, learn karate and self-defense, walk, take a little ride in a vintage car, all for a good cause!
