The Minister of the Interior will be in Haute-Loire today, received by Laurent Wauquiez, leader of the deputies of the Republican Right. A visit to display “a union” and on the theme of security.
His visit had been awaited for several weeks. It was officially confirmed Thursday evening. Bruno Retailleau will be in Haute-Loire this Friday, alongside Laurent Wauquiez.
The day will begin near Monistrol-sur-Loire with a sequence devoted to the establishment of the security shield carried by the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Region. The objective stated by the community is to monitor entries and exits to fight against delinquency, theft and other trafficking.
The Minister of the Interior will then go to Puy-en-Velay to discuss the future of the Puy police station before heading to Brives-Charensac, a town affected by the flood of October 17. A meeting with elected officials and firefighters is planned.
